This company has the worst customer service around ! They claimed that their employee Frank contacted me on November 25,to inform me that they could get a walker for my patient who stands feetI explained numerous times to this company that a basic walker is too low for my patient and wouldn't work, I was told that the walker would cost us out of pocket and we were fine with thatToday Dec17,I contacted this company again and the snotty girl on the phone says they can't service my customer and they tried to contact me which is a lie because my cell is on 24/7/and I answer it or call right back ! I Do Not Recommend this company for anything !!!
