***, We were just notified of the problem you’ve been having with getting your name removed from our mailing lists. My apologies for the inconvenience. If you respond wishing to unsubscribe, we should do that right away and obviously failed in that regard. I’ve spoken with
our IT Manager, who tells me your name was removed recently, so you should not be receiving any more notices. Please understand we mean no offense with any particular job opportunity that may be beneath your experience or pay grade: our automated processes try to reach as many qualified candidates as possible with job opportunities, and can’t always take specifics into consideration in an introductory note. Regards,*

Review: On several occasions over the past few years, I have received unwanted and unsolicited emails from [redacted] regarding IT jobs in Southern California. Each time I have responded asking not to be contacted for any reason. I have retired from the IT business and while I was still working as an IT professional I haven't been paid as low as the wages in these emails on over 20 years. I find these notices insulting and invasive. I called Ballantyne on at least one occasion and was promised that I would not hear from him again.Desired Settlement: Confirmation from someone in authority at Cadence that I will not be contacted in the future and actually deliver on this by never contacting me again.
