At this time, I have been contacted directly by C*** Automotive Inc. regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The business owner claims that he is tight on funds and can not pay me back until he sells a car to replenish his money
I've reiterated the fact that the deposit I gave him was to be used for the purchase of a car for me yet he spent the money on his own personal endevours

MrC*** did agree to make a payment planWe were to meet in person to draw up a plan, but he has yet to do soI have made many calls to get the issue resolved but no solution as of this time
