To Whom it May Concern,After receiving notification of this complaint yesterday we immediately called [redacted] via the phone number providedWith an extremely heavy heart we offered our sincerest apologies to her and her familyWhile it is typically against our contract to offer a refund, we feel it is the absolute right thing to do in this situationWe explained to [redacted] that during the time of purchase back in that we had not yet begun our testingSince then our entire cattery has been tested and downsized to better provide for our kittens and customers as our own human family grows with additional childrenBoth of her kitten's parents have been retired already and are no longer producing kittens Along with the restructure our primary business e-mail and phone number had changed which was why we were only made aware of ***'s kitten's issue until nowWe have since provided [redacted] with our updated informationWe have offered to refund ***'s $3000(full original purchase price) dispute amount in full via Paypal with the understanding that this has met her satisfactionIt is our hope that this outcome is also satisfactory to the Revdex.com and that this unfortunate complaint has been positively resolved and closedWe do not wish for this to tarnish our longstanding A+ rating [redacted] can expect her refund in the next hours.Warmest Regards,Trisha [redacted]

feel it is the absolute right thing to do in this situation. We explained to [redacted] that during the time of purchase back in 2015 that we had not yet begun our testing. Since then our entire cattery has been tested and downsized to better provide for our kittens and customers as our own human family grows with additional children. Both of her kitten's parents have been retired already and are no longer producing kittens.  Along with the restructure our primary business e-mail and phone number had changed which was why we were only made aware of [redacted]'s kitten's issue until now. We have since provided [redacted] with our updated information. We have offered to refund [redacted]'s $3000(full original purchase price) dispute amount in full via Paypal with the understanding that this has met her satisfaction.
