your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I paid in cash to the business.  $100 cash.  But now the business wants me to jump through hoops such as creating an insurance claim?  I don't believe that is fair as I've already wasted enough time and received a damaged product in return.  As settlement, and in an effort to resolve this issue, I will accept a check from Neman for $80.
