Allstar Pools sold and installed an in floor cleaning system when they built our pool This system was supposed to eliminate a Polaris vacuum in the pool and having a pool company come to clean each week The in floor cleaning system has NEVER worked wellThe manufacturer of the system cameThey said AllStar Pools did NOT put in the size system they were instructed to use Rather than dig up the pool and start again, we installed an additional filter for the cleaning system to see if that would solve the problemIt did notWe hired a pool company to clean our pool weekly to solve the problemThe pool still would not be cleanSo now as I look out on my very expensive AllStar Pool, I see an extension cord stretched across my flagstone pool deck so that a Polaris pool vacuum can work continually the to clean the poolThis is NOT what I paid for and it is not the view that I just discovered AllStar Pools shows on their website

After acquiring a new home with an inground pool, I called AllStar pools regarding winterizing and closing pool off in November of 2015. The reason I'm Amy call All-Star pools as they were the people who were servicing the pool with the previous owners of the house anyway so all of their information came in the packet when I purchased the home so me trying to do and keep business with them( being there familiar with the pool since they have been servicing it for the previous owners already). So I called them the first day and left a message with the secretary to give me a call back, 3-4 days later I hadn't heard anything I called back again I left two voicemails called back again later that day spoke with the secretary again she claims she had given the owner my number and that he was going to call me about coming out... funny how today is January 11, 2016 and I have yet to get a return call from All-Star pool as of yet? Not sure what the problem is because they were working on the pool for the previous owners which were white... I don't know if it's an issue with my name being ethnic, I don't know if that's the problem with me? I've never had anybody handle business so atrociously & non-professionally to where somebody could call you 3 to 4 times in a week span and not get a return call at all that's deplorable business in my opinion, and I would never refer them to anyone and I refuse to call them ever again to service my pool! I went with Henderson's pools & and so happy that I did a few things very professional a lot cheaper for the same work that I was quoted from All-Star for price very expensive so I'm happy with my choice of Henderson's pool and I will stick with them from here on out again very professional and not as expensive for the same work !!!! Now I would definitely refer Henderson pools to anybody that I know with a pool prices are so very reasonable ........
