professional - HE IS NOT. He does not know the design of the product and does not know how to use at optimal level. That is his complain, the rest is just proof of his ignorance. We make it clear that the products are not "entry level", and ordering them explicitly means that the consumer understands. The consumer is required to opt in to our policies regarding returns. His order would not have been accepted without the opt-in. The only resolution has been communicated to the consumer. It will be based on policies that he opted to agree with. He needs to return the product. We will not entertain any of his perspective. He should start with equipment commensurate to his skill level. Our product are not for his skill level. He needs to return the product and we will process the refund in accordance with the policies that he agreed to. Once we receive the return, it will be inspected for damage or modifications. If it is okay, our bank will process a refund, based on product cost minus 10% for restocking fee; S&H is not refundable. A check will be sent. All the policies meet all federal requirements for returns and warranty. That includes the explicit policy that the consumer needs to return the item at their cost. The issues he raises are part of the design concept - they are not manufacturing defect, which further proves he is an i
