The tech that treated the home previously has received our highest customer ratings through the summer of 2016. The customer should be upset with what transpired, I was. That is not how we do business and has never been. I would like to continue to work for the customer but I understand her being upset. I am confident that the service she has received for the past 15 years was above board by all accounts. The firing of the employee should show that we take our treatment of costumers homes seriously We can refund the entire 2016 cost if she desires, I certainly don"t blame her wanting the cost back. I would be as upset as her if it had happened to me. Again, This is not how we do business and NEVER will be.

A refund for summer services would be appreciated if they think that is a fair settlement.
