I serviced this set on 08/replaced the main board and the Ir sensorHe mentioned he would like a new TV and I replied they would not give him an upgrade so it would be the same A new call was submitted in October We called to make appointment and when we arrived no one was homeNo answer from customerA returned call was made the following day he claimed to of gotten busyPhone was deadThe work order was closed as refusal of service call A new call was created I advised NEW in the interest of resolving this mystery problem [redacted] is having with his TV, it would be best for a pick up and observe for several days before ordering any partsSo the TV was picked up taken apart and inspection of connections of boards, a visual inspection for arcing sparking or popping noise and all appeared normalSet never turned on on its own, no popping noise or malfunction of any kind was noticedTV was turned on and off three times a day for daysSet was delivered back to customerSet works fineIf there are any further concerns with this CRM number please let me knowThe warranty company refused to replace the TV[redacted] called and claimed there were scratches on his TV, he has my cell number and claimed he wold send me pictures of scratchesTo date I have not received these imagesthank you, if you require anything else from us please let me know[redacted]

Regards,He told that he had nothing to do with it He claimed my TV was already scratched I tried to accommodate his schedule The first time he came and he did the work and it is lying that I mentioned that I wanted a new TV TV works fine the only thing it turns on by itself every four to six weeks He was coming a second time and he wanted to come after I said it was too late I also told him call me during the day to verify you are coming He never did and just showed up He never told me that he had closed the work order Then, a mother company came and they worked p the TV.now he took my TV and never contacted me I called after about a week and he said the TV was working fine That he would be running test Five days later I called him and told him that it might take a few mor weeks before the TV turns on Assurion is the warranty company made the decision to bring my TV back Now it was scratched It was all dusty and I told the delivery guys of the TV I called him and he said it was like that and accused me of wanting a new TV first time I had heard anything like that.Now I contacted assurion to ask and took a couple of days for them torespond saying it was a mater between Valderon and myself Even though they told me to give to him to take They would not get involved. home. No answer from customer. A returned call was made the following day he claimed to of gotten busy. Phone was dead.
