John [redacted] the sales manager, showed us a sample of the doors we wanted and it looked every bit as good as on the web page. In addition to looking great they were also two inches thick with steel cladding on both sides and an insulated core. Our existing doors (builder doors) are single sheet aluminum and act as a radiator for the heat. Yesterday the installer arrived here with the new doors and all the rails and motors to do the installation. He took his time and did the job right. No shortcuts. New wiring where required, top of the line motors and materials. Builder motors and rails are inexpensive because their doors are light. They make a lot of noise when they open and close. Our new doors are quiet. When you walk into the garage the lights on the motors come on. This doesn't sound like much but it is a nice feature in a dark garage. We now have an outside remote attached to the house with a code to open the door. Forget your keys? No problem.

Kaiser is the best no problem installing new garage openers and plan to use them in replacing the doors
