This company is a [redacted] select repair facility. Was referred to them by [redacted] after incurring rear end damage on a pick-up truck. Repair work was excellent and done within the time frame quoted.

Review: I took my car to have it repaired after an accident. He explained that he could complete all work that we needed. After the car was returned to me 1) the paint has bubbles in it, and it also has a rough feel to it. 2) He was supposed to do an alignment to the car, I noticed when I picked up the car that is was still pulling to the left just as it was after the accident. I called Nick the manager and he stated that the person who does the alignment must have not correctly done the alignment and that I should bring it back to him. when I took the car to him he then stated that he doesn't do the alignments I will have to take it across the street. when I took my car across the street I was told that my car was never brought to him to check. however Caldwell body works was paid for this service and also for checking the balance on the tire itself(that was not completed as well). the guy did take care of the balancing and expressed that I needed tire rods prior to balancing and that he could not tell me if there was an issue with the frame until this was done. I told Nick at Caldwell body works that I wanted this completed first because if there was an issue with the frame the repairs did not need to be made.Desired Settlement: I would like Nick/ C[redacted] Body works to pay to have someone fix the issue he has caused with the paint, see that I get a refund for the cost of a alignment at another shop in the amount of $ 45.00 plus any tax that I would be required to pay.
