As we discussed this issue I had with my order not shipping has been resolved completely. The product I ordered was out of stock and unfortunately I was not advised of that before I sent the letter. But I received a call this week before they were aware of my complaint and the
order has shipped. As I mentioned on the call, I have bought from this company in the past and never had an issue. So, when I didn’t get a response, I grew concerned. However, all concerns have been resolved especially given they resolved it before having received the Revdex.com complaint.
