I am rejecting this response because:
Since nothing was really done on my mothers behalf  about her hospital bed or her mattresses I was told she was not entitled to a new bed or mattress until next october 2018. I feel they could have then Fixed her bed and mattress and since they done nothing except to blame medicaid.  My mom mm now developed bed sores from a bad mattress. I feel this is due to a mattress that was in poor condition and this was noted by their service man when that came out to check out the mattress. I will be seeking some legal advise on what to do. I want this mattress and bed fixed by them without any expense ed to us.Please advise.

We consider this complaint to be resolved, a 3rd party was involved to contact the patient and explain the rules and regulations that have to be followed, at which she stated she understood.
