This is not a complaint, it is an endorsement for Caledon Chrysler.
On November 26th, I purchased a used 2013 [redacted] from TJ.
He did a great job of taking me through the tuck and some of its history as it was purchased at their dealership new.
Making the deal and all the required paper work was a painless process.
It wasn't until the day after taking delivery of the truck that I noticed that one of the selling points for the truck was not as advertised.
I contacted them right away to air my concerns.
It took a couple of weeks to get all of logistics sorted out, but we did!
I feel compelled to tell anyone purchasing a new or used vehicle to consider Caledon Chrysler in Bolton.
They have the integrity and conviction to stand behind what they sell.
I would say that customer satisfaction is not just a saying to these folks, it is a reality!
