caused that to happenWe did call to explain this to the customerThe original leak was on the hot water line to the showerSince there were no shut off valves to the shower, we had to turn off the water to the buildingWe made the repairApparently the pipe on the cold water side was brittle and cracked, causing a second leak, which we repaired.There was already some damage to the kitchen ceiling because that's why we were called in the first place I would be willing to forego some of the charge on this invoice, by reducing it to $184.00, our standard service charge for the first hour ($150) and the balance for material
