I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because they absolutely knew about this & their response was "I'll make it up to you next time & didn't you have a good time anyway? The car rental agency was contracted through THEM. They also refused to do anything promising us a next time. The difference in price between the 2 cars is at least $10 per day X 14 days. I will forward text messages between Boris & my son in law about the rental in order to help him with his [redacted]. This is his business & he made all the arrangements & he needs to issue a refund for the difference in the car we received.
