diver said liner at issue liner is warrantied for leaks ,loop loc wont stand behind their warranty

We had this cover installed years ago by Ray's Swimming Pool and Supply StoreHe also winterized the swimming pool prior to installing the cover and putting the pool pump in place
We opened the pool in April and was simply horrified by condition of our poolThe water was completely green, full of debris and the level was extremely lowWe closed the pool ourselves in October of just to make sure that everything was done perfectly to avoid how the pool looked in the SpringWhen we opened it in April of it was in poor condition as well
My husband and I had a pool installed in our previous house in and purchased a safety cover as well For the years that we opened and closed our pool we never had issues like thisOur previous pool's water was virtually free of debris, the water was clear and at the same level

Complaint: I purchased a Loop-Loc Pool cover and the stitching came apart due to weather wearThe pool cover appears to be in good conditionHowever, the stitching was out when cover was removed from pool I purchased the cover in and had it for years with a year warrantyMy local dealer returned the cover for repair or replacement and was told it would cost over $to repair and not covered under warranty
This is not my understanding of the warranty From my understanding if the cover failed under use it would be repaired if such disclosure is made within years As a customer, I want my cover warranted as the published warranty specifics In addition, the advertisement states the cover is designed with the highest level of quality, but the stitching came out just by being over pool with appropriate water level Therefore, the quality of shreds is in question and there is actually no warranty I want my cover resewn and shipped back to me wit
Loop Loc claims that they warranty their product for years my not even one year old pool cover has a huge hole in it and loop loc doesn't honor the warranty
