Cab #1200 was going to go the wrong way even after we told him and then he wasn't going to let us go

After going out and visiting with Mr [redacted] - the following is the sequence of events which occurredFirst, Mr [redacted] never talked to [redacted] until we met with him, but thought he had because [redacted] personally signs the warranty letter we mailed to customersMr [redacted] called us and spoke to his salesman after the job was complete, who then relayed the issue to our production managerWe sent the install crew back to Mr [redacted] 's residence and thought the concern was taken care of at that timeDue to our belief that the problem was solved no 'work order' or 'service request' was written up, as is procedure, so the office had no paperwork to follow up on from 10-15-until we received this notification from the Revdex.comWe never got another call or further complaint from Mr [redacted] until nowWe have now gone out, met with Mr [redacted] in person, and are going to take care of the two concerns he has expressed to usWe wish a simple phone call from the customer had been made before filing this complaint, as we thought the problem was solved and he was happy

When Mr*** initially called us he said that there were areas on some of the trim that were turning whiteHe then told our Production Manager not to worry about it, he would paint over it and we did not need to come out to his houseAbout or weeks later Mr*** called us back and said
that more areas were turning up whiteI'm not sure who talked to who or where communication fell through but we were not ignoring the problem, it was simply not called back about at that timeLast Tuesday, November 15, 2016, our production manager met with Mr***The problem had nothing to do with the quality of the workWhat we found was that the OSI Colored Caulk we bought from James Hardie Siding was turning white in some areasWe have painted some of the problem areas and are awaiting for Mr*** to advise us to whether or not this has solved the problem in those areasIf so, we will return to service the rest of the problem areasThis issue will be taken care of to Mrand Mrs***'s satisfaction
