The beginning of Sept I sent [redacted] and his wife $750 and then another $1,500 toward the purchase of a small camper/travel trailer that was to be refurbished and delivered to me. After many week of excuses on last Tuesday I asked him to just finish what he could "mainly the outside" and deliver what he had as I have no more money to be able to live in a hotel anymore and I would be basically homeless as of today Tues 10/1. I emailed him yesterday as he was to deliver the camper yesterday and received yet another email with the same excuse that he had to wait on supplies. He knew I originally had to leave the place I was renting before the hotel due to my health and a black mold issue there. When he first started making excuses I called him and asked him to just return my money but he cussed me out on the phone. His wife called me back later saying they would make sure I did not end up homeless and they would deliver the trailer refurbished that Saturday which was almost 3 weeks ago.Product_Or_Service: refurbished camper/travel trailerDesired SettlementAt this point I would just like a refund of my $2,250 as I have no faith in this person after being cussed out and giving him every chance in the world to do the work. I need a place to live and cannot get a place without my $2,250 he has. I have been more than patient and given him every chance in the world "even while I have been facing being homeless" for him to do as he promised.

Work was not completed and promised refund never received! [redacted] was hired to replace siding, paint home exterior, replace gutters and replace 5 windows on front of my home. Siding, painting and gutters were completed as agreed. (Although, two areas have to be fixed again due to incorrectly installing gutters by his crew) I received Multiple promises of when windows were to be replaced with every excuse in the book given of why they were not done. The total cost for windows was quoted at 1498.00 - all of which was paid less 300.00 that was to paid at completion. This was to include new energy efficient windows and installation of 5 windows. 6 months passed by and still no windows, only promises. After multiple conversations by text, all of which I have copies of, [redacted] agreed to refund 400.00 dollars of my cost. His explanation was to why I was not getting a full refund was that there were other cost from previous work (siding, gutters, and paint) that I had not been billed. I requested a detailed bill with all additional cost listed. If found that charges were valid, even though this was not part of our contract, I agreed to pay the cost in full. [redacted] advised he would mail detailed bill to my home along with a check for 400.00 dollars. Neither ever arrived! I have since hired an honest company to complete this work and would like a full refund in the amount of $ 1198.00Desired SettlementI would like the promised refund amount mailed to my home.
