We were originally called out to the job to do a repair for the customer The customer had torn the vinyl product upon move in We did go back to the job after the repair to re apply seam sealer that the original installer had applied On
the visit to repair the seam sealer the customer did not show us all the areas that needed repairedWe did go back and take care of those additional areasI believe the customer is just trying to get a new floor , had made the comment to our installation crew on several occasions while on the job site
Calhouns Mohawk Floorz has provided all repairs and we consider this a completed issue::
