Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Here are the problems:We e-mailed her the 1st complant within hours after the service was completed [redacted] responded that she can the floors and re-wipe the bathroom sinksBut [redacted] never mentioned about repolishing the sink, stove top and dish washer doorAnd she never call us on Sunday to setup a time to the services Then we sent the 2nd complant via e-mail along with picturesIt took her days (over hours) to response back to us satated that she are having a meeting with the clearnersAfter that [redacted] never call back to us about the next step solution and she has gone quiteMy wife called [redacted] on 10/13/and the lady answered the phone stated that [redacted] was in the hospital and will release the next dayShe said she will take down the message and have her call back the next dayToday is 10/23/and there is no call.As I mentioned before and I mention again, I am extremly frustrating that they are very disrespectful and wasting my timeI cannot trust and do business with this company anymore.I need my full refund and the damage costs that they have done.Regards, [redacted] ***

Yes he was honest in giving the description of what was to be doneHe just forgot to add that he had us do all windows, baseboards and doors throughout the home Which was not includedHe did send me pics of the sink, which just needed to be buffed and polished, same thing with the front of the dishwasher and stove topI offered to return to clean the bathroom sinks and re-wipe the countersHis first complaint(in email) He said NoI am sorry but if my new appliances were damaged I would of noticed that before dirt in the corner of the floor I do offer a hr guarantee on the cleanerHe said nothing about his appliances in any email or phone call that was within the hr time

I am not refunding him or paying for his so called damaged appliancesI offered to go back and clean them and the floors,counter tops. We were only suppose to do the kitchen,baths and floorsHe had us do the windows,fans,and clean the entire homeThis is not what the *** was for.
