I ordered a post surgical garment that I needed to wear after liposuction, which is a major surgery. I needed my garment in a size XL and I received a very tiny garment that was very tiny , I assume a size XXSmall. I did a exchange and received another tiny garment with a XL tag. I did not fit into the garment. I had to order from another maker ASAP. I was swelling from not having compression, which I needed my garment to provide. If I would of worn the tiny garment that Cali curves sent me I could of ended up in a hospital with my circulation being cut off. I could of died. This Cali curves is sending wrong sizes to women who need compression after major surgery. They are cutting off original tags on the garments that includes sizes and they are placing fake tags with there own “sizes” this can cause harm to many individuals who are trying to recover after surgery. They are scamming online orders.

Here is my response to the compliant.
*** purchased item 11211 in size medium on 06/25/19 and we proceed to ship the item. On July 7, 2019 we processed an exchange request for a size XL as requested by ***. She emailed us on July 11 2019 stating she needed 1XL instead of XL and we advised XL and 1XL was the same sizing in our company. She then sent us a message via Instagram stating her item didn’t fit and we advised her to call us so we can properly guide her and get her the correct sizing.We also advised that as long as the item was new we had no problem with doing the exchange. She refused and stated she would not be mailing back. We offered her to exchange the item and she refused. We can not exchange an item we don’t have back and customer is not willing to ship back.
