[redacted]Administrator for [redacted] that we did the job for, contacted us on 07/18/2016 2 years after job. She explained the reason for call and her claim; I requested invoice number, date and name. Of course I was not sure of dates but very aware of A/C unit wiring connection done at premises. On her second call minutes right after she had gathered her information and some bit of knowledge of HVAC for what she was not very aware of, we finally where on the same page she did state that several times they attempted to contact us for such claim. Mind you. I explained to her that was not true being that we continued to do business with our refurbished appliances for the company purchased by his employer throughout 2014- mid 2015, which we determined to; not continue doing business with [redacted] which he was representative to come to our store and select item. On several occasions we had to pick up our payment and had to wait for 1 hour or even come back later and wait an additional hour for them to clear payment that was do weeks after, which was delivered and installed already. This being said, in NO such time did [redacted] mention any claim neither in the ending of 2014 nor the SUMMER OF 2015. This being said I explained this to [redacted] and I could hear [redacted] in the background, repeating t that he demanded us to repair such claim. Several times I requested to speak to him, but he was very upset for what I was clearing to them that they did not ever do such claim and he was out of warranty. (We did go back within 2 months to open a vent in living room ceiling for air conditioning at property for which he is claiming). By the 3rd call [redacted] this time was on the phone doing his claim and I explained the same as he was very aware of already, I offered to send a technician for a service diagnose fee, that is when he lost his cool and began to raise his voice and did state that he would do the impossible to destroy my company and take us out of business with all his assoc, and people he knew and literally hung up. I had the call on speaker phone so owner and technician who performed the job heard what his claim was and how he spoke to me. From this end, like I stated before we completely stopped doing business with [redacted] as previous explained, WE want nothing to do with this Company or [redacted] as he continues to post in all the web-pages that our company belongs to, the same complaint as on this letter which is not true.
