Caliber Collision

Hello,
I was in a car accident a year ago. The company that I purchased the car from recommended that I take the vehicle for repair at Perfection Auto Body.
I had to drop the car off before hours of operation and pick it up after hours because I work 6 days a week and there hours of operation were my scheduled hours to work. I paid for the repairs over the phone, and picked up the vehicle that night after work. When I picked up the car, the seats had grease, the console was scratched, the driver side door was not lined up, the car had circle marks in the polish and the car was covered in compound from the repair. I immediately called and let them know what I was unhappy about, and I was told to bring the car in and they would look at it. I had to drive an hour and a half to have them look at it. I was greeted by an unfriendly associate who basically said there was nothing he could do. I went back a couple of weeks later and was told that they were so sorry that the company was going to change hands, they would take care of it, and I was told when I was going to be in the area to bring the car and they would make it right. The first time I drove the hour and a half to have the car looked at I was told the polisher was sick to bring it back. The next time I made an appointment I was told I am so sorry that the polisher had quit.
In the meantime the company has changed hands and is now Caliber Collision. I have an appointment from the last time for Thursday April 19, at 8:30am. I have been trying to call to find out if I drive that far again, that the car will be repaired. I can't get ahold of anyone to talk to. I called303-772-7665, no answer all day. I then called the phone number on the website and talked to someone about the problem and was told that because they were no longer Perfection Auto Body that I would have to pay for the repair myself. What about a warranty on the work that was done by the company prior, I am just out of luck? I am completely unhappy and unsatisfied with the company and the response I was given. I was side swiped on the highway last year by someone who didn't have insurance, who had false plates and registration and who was driving on a suspended license. I feel like I have had to pay $1000.00 deductible out of my pocket because this person was irresponsible, I am living with the day to day pain because of the accident and now I feel that I am being victimized by the company that took over for the one that did the original repair. My car was only 6 months old when I was in the accident, it is now worth substantially less, and I am stuck with it not being repaired correctly the first time. I contacted my insurance company and they told me that because I used a different company than the one they recommend I have no recourse. I was told by them that I could have the person of my choice fix the vehicle which I did. What am I supposed to do at this point. Do they get away with just pushing me aside after they were paid $4957.88. That is a lot of money to pay out to have the work not be completed the first time and for them to not stand behind it.
