[redacted] was my contractor for a remodel project. He was very courteous and listened to all my wants, and gave me everything I was looking for at a great price, and outstanding quality. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to get some work done!

Caliber Construction did some work at my house approximately two years ago we were very pleased with the quality of the work. Needing some more work done at my house, I contacted Jason, the owner of the business, about 2 1/2 weeks ago. He sent a representative to look at what needed to be done on a Friday. I was told that Jason would get back to me with a quote the following Monday. It has now been two weeks since the representative came to the house. When I did not hear from Jason the following Monday, I waited until the end of the week and I called him, thinking he might be busy and would get back to me soon. I have now called him four times and had to leave a message each time. There have been no return phone calls. In the last message I asked him if he would at least call me to advise if he was going to do the work or not so I could move forward with the project. He did not return that call either.

I would think that a business that wants to build a good reputation would at least have the common courtesy to talk to the customer. If he was too busy, or just didn't feel that he wanted to bother with the project, he could have let me know so I could find another contractor to do it. Instead it has been almost three weeks since my first contact with him.
