Caliber Construction

Jason S was recommended to us from our former agent *** because we had a leak around our chimney and it was leaking into the attic and our bedroom. He suggested that we call Jason because he didn't think that *** would pay for a claim if we contacted them. So we contacted Jason and he came out and did work on our roof. Well a couple of years later bringing us to 2016, we got a leak in our bedroom again form the roof/chimney area in our bedroom, this time we filed a complaint with *** and after they sent an inspector out they cut us a check minus the deductible and we called Jason S of Caliber Construction again. This time he assured us that he was going to put metal flashing around our chimney and that this shouldn't be a problem again. We paid Jason several hundred dollars to fix this problem! Well here it is 2 years later and we have another leak in our bedroom with the paint buckling and you can push up on the ceiling. My husband called Jason who informed him that he had expanded and he has gotten busier and that he would send someone out to look at our roof. My husband drove from Florida to meet with this guy that was sent to our home and he wasn't able to make it on time. He eventually made it to our house and then when he got there he stated that he didn't have a tall enough ladder to go up on the roof. He said that he would come back Friday, October 19, 2018. I left work early and the guy never showed up and when my husband contacted him he said he had an emergency with his wife and that he might could come by the following Tuesday. Imagine that! I called and left Jason S a message relaying all this to him and how much of an inconvenience that this has been and I reminded him how we had used him in the past and how alot of good businesses profit off of word of mouth and he didn't even bother to call us back and apologize or anything. We have not heard from anyone at the company since then!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE, THEY DON'T CARE ANYTHING ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!
