being the best . Additionally he wrote the men were Very Professional and Courteous. On the Customer Satisfaction Form he also signed off on this making a notation that there be resolution to a broken vase. No other notations were made on either form Stating any type of other Damage that occurred during the move. If there had been any additional damage other than the Vase which I plan on reimbursing Dr. [redacted] for he would have noted it on one of the two forms. Being a doctor I am sure that he has to be extremely detail oriented. We expect that of doctors and I am sure that he examined the furniture and saw No additional damage. Not sure what happened after my men left the home but apparently 2 hours later when Miss [redacted] came home is when all the alleged damaged occurred. Dr. [redacted] was at the move working with the men and Miss [redacted] was not present during the moving process. The claim of damage to furniture is extremely odd especially after the Doctor signed off on these forms. We will be issuing a check for the cost of the Vase in the next few days, however I need to hear from Mr. [redacted] so that we can discuss the additional items that were allegedly damaged. We will be out of town for the next several weeks on Christmas Holidays , checking Email periodically. allaegedly damaged.
