For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The property management was not forced to mow the lawn, if the property management firm felt the lawn needed mowed, they should have contacted me as I was working very close to the property and if they felt it needed mowed, they should have contacted me and requested that I take care of it As the lease states, if they were forced to mow and how can they say that when they never contacted me to do it

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowIt does not matter if I was living in the rental unit or not, that plays no part in the company not contacting me and informing me that the property needed to be mowed.  If the company had made an attempt to request this and I then chose to ignore the request then that would have forced them to have the property mowed.  On 5/1/17 I contacted the company informing them that I was totally vacated from the property as promised and the company then chose to show on the tenant web portal they had mowed the property one more time on the day after I moved out and once again they never contacted me asking that I mow the property.  Since my initial complaint I spoke with my neighbor ([redacted]) and asked if he had seen anyone mow the property of which he told me no which confirms my initial response to my complaint saying the property never looked like it was ever mowed.The company still owes me my full deposit back by 6/14/17 with no deductions for mowing.  As of this writing, my money has not been returned to me. [redacted] [redacted]6/12/2017

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appearI stand behind my last rebuttal, the company did not perform due diligence and never even made an attempt to contact me.  Does the company do this for all of their current tenants, that is if they see the lawn has not been mowed do they automatically mow the yard, or do they ask the tenant to do it and then if they don't, then they would be forced to mow it.I was treated unfairly and I was never contacted to mow the yard because if the company would have, I would have mowed it.

According to section 3.5 Lawn Careand Pest Control: The Lessor is not responsible for lawn care, snow removal or pest control.This shall be the sole responsibility of the Lessee. If the Lessor is forced to handle any of theseresponsibilities, Lessee will be subject to additional service fees.Caliber Property Management strives to make our tenants living experience a pleasing one,but there are certain responsibilities the tenant must assume and these responsibilities areclearly stated. We take no pleasure in the complainant feeling like he was treated unfairly.We hope this issue can be resolved as quickly as possible because it is without warrant andunnecessary.
