Hello my name is *** ***, owner of CalifabricationI would like to start by saying *** has been extremely happy with all the work I have done and we have been in communication the entire time the truck was being worked onAt no point in time was he unhappy about any of the work
performedAnd I have ALL conversations since the truck was dropped off from day one to prove it*** sent you 1% of our conversations, I can send you proof of the whole build timeline via text message and you can see that *** was very Impressed and happy with the build, even at the end when the truck was paid for in full and *** Proceeded to take the truck after it was paid forI have added no parts to the build WITHOUT his permission, and I have conversations via TEXT between me and him to prove all of the added partsI promised him a certified score cage and told him once the cage got inspected by a professional to pass tech that if for any reason changes needed to be made to the cage that I would do whatever is necessary to make the cage pass tech inspection as long as it is properly documented and I have the inspector talk to me in person so I know what needs to be changed in the cage to pass inspectionI told *** if the cage fails inspection I will fix whatever is necessary for free as long as there is proof of inspection and it is done by a professional*** was never able to provide any proof what so ever that the cage was looked at by a professional or even give me any contact info to the person who inspected the cageTo this day I still told *** that if he had proof of inspection by a certified inspector that I will make changes necessary according to the tech inspector, but no proof was ever brought to meI have all of our conversations that I would like to provide to help tell my storyAnd as far as making the product that he didnt ask for, you can see all of our conversations that shows he was very happy with the way I was doing things and had no issues with it the whole buildAs far as deadlines go, *** provided parts the whole time and the ONLY reason for delays was waiting on parts that paused the build and I have text conversations the prove exactly thatI have months of texts between him and I but I can only send so much on here so if you need more for proof I can prove ALL or our text since the first day he dropped the truck off
