In regards to consumer's complaint, attached is proof that we validated the debt as recently as 7-6-17 per consumers' request.

Review: I have sent several letters to Equifax and direct to Ca Accts on account [redacted] that is reporitng on my credit report asking for debt validation and verification. I still have not received any debt validation but they also have not adding that this account is in dispute on my credit report. According to FCRA 15 U.S.C. 1681 s-2(a)(3) te firnisher is required to add that this account is in dispute. They also are not even reporting the name of the company on the report that I am able to obtain.Desired Settlement: This company is in violation of FCRA and I want this account removed from my credit report.
