Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below First of all California Air Tools originally was emailed and received receipt from Home Depot where my girlfriend purchased the item in question on 6-29-due to ANOTHER ISSUE WITH THE MANIFOLD See Email Sent to California Air Tools on 6-29-with Receipt.pdf along with compressor.pdf Secondly, the SAME RECEIPT was sent to California Air Tools on 11-16- Also they were notified that any new shipment should go to the [redacted] , UT address, not the ***, ID address See Email Sent to California Air Tools on 11-16-2015.pdf The item was purchased at a Home Depot close to [redacted] , UT and was temporarily located in ***, ID Please see the email [redacted] sent and the prepaid label for sending the unit back to California Air Tools(California Air Tools email response on 11-16-2015.pdf and [redacted] RETURN LABEL .pdf) First of all the return address is incorrect and should have been the [redacted] , UT address We are hoping as we have instructed California Air Tools that the new unit is shipped to [redacted] , UT and not ***, ID The unit was dropped off at a UPS Store late yesterday and a photo of the drop off receipt was sent to [redacted] within a few minutes of dropping the unit off See Email Sent to California Air Tools on 11-17-2015.pdf and 20151117_170304.jpg If you track the package it even shows it departed Salt Lake at 3:this morning which is about miles south of [redacted] and is scheduled to be delivered to California Air Tools tomorrow According to the email received last night [redacted] said to notify him when the item was in UPS' possession and we would receive a "prompt replacement response" It is now close to hours after notifying California Air Tools and we have not received ANY RESPONSE We sent an email to California Air Tools asking if the new unit went out today and no response as of yet Prompt typically means a "within hours" We are hoping that these issues can be remedied and a working, trouble free compressor will be received Until then this case is to be left open Regards, [redacted] ***

How embarrassing that they would try to blame something on me to save their reputationWhen I tried to resolve the problem with them they skated it was beyond the return policyWhen I pointed out that it was the day who shipped me the wrong product not me changing my mind they said that I needed to notice that soonerIt is a noticeableEven my dental installer didn't noticeHowever my receipt that I ordered was a two horse Power compressor please help me fix this ASAP thank you I would either like my money back or I need today to horsepower compressor that I paid for thank you [redacted] ***

[redacted] Thank you for the information regarding consumer Mr [redacted] ***California Air Tools prides itself on customer service and quality productsMr [redacted] contacted us regarding his issue with an item of ours he had purchased from one of our authorized distributorsWe replied confirming we would gladly warrant his compressor if he sent us a copy of paid invoiceIt is always very disappointing to hear of a dissatisfied customerWe are in current contact with Mr [redacted] and are awaiting a copy of paid invoice to warrant his product1: He has not sent a copy of his paid invoice for the air compressor2: If we receive a copy of a paid invoice from an authorized distributor, We will under warranty exchange the compressorPlease contact me with any other questions regarding this issue
