Review: I visited this "prestige" well known dress boutique since I was having a quinceanera(sweet 15 birthday party) for my daughter a year ago. I left two deposits(total of 85 dollars)for a lovely dress which I was planning to purchase. Little did I know the party of 300 guest had to be cancelled due to my father being extremely ill and being hospitalized. I went back to the boutique and I explain the situation and he(Gustavo) was extremely rude and had not remorse forwards my situation. He said there was not refunds and I thought there could be an exception since I had to cancel the 300 guest party due to my father's hospitalization and was not able to afford the party. He force me to pick another dress but with my father's situation I was not planning on having a party and why purchase a fancy dress to store in my closet. I beg him to give me a few months to settle my father's situation and I would return to look at the dresses. I did return and I asked for the less inexpensive dresses to use up my credit and he was so rude and pull up the prices on the dresses I had once asked for the prices and were 60-80 dollars. Since the first time I visit the boutique el was on his personal cell talking and texting was didn't give me a full attention to hand me the dresses to try. I keep asking him questions in regards to sizes and with a rude tone of voice he would reply. I have never had extreme unprofessional customer service especially when purchasing a 180 dollar dress. I broke down in tears when I left the boutique after I expressed my devastation in cancelling a beautiful party and my father was critically ill. He did not to seem to cooperate with me. I even beg to speak to his supervisor or the owner of the boutique and she raised his voice at me and said that was private information and he could not give it to me. Today is the last day of taking the store credit so I nicely called again and the same guy(Gustavo) answers the phone and give me an attitude and tell me I remember you.Desired Settlement: I was devastated with the customer service. I never want to return to the store, all I ask is to get my refund($85) back or at least give me transferable credit to give it to someone who may need of a prom dress. I don't like to report this to the bureau but never have I been treated inhuman.
