We have purchased a new remote for customer and am waiting for him to return so can program remote to his vehicle and give it to himIssue resolved

As the customer stated he waited a month to give us the proper documentation to register his vehicle, the temporary registration only lasts about daysIs that our fault?Also as stated, once he submitted said documentation, it takes time for the process to be completed ( however the customer was already on borrowed time due to his inability to provide proper documentation for his NJ registration in the first place.Now as far as the delay on his paperworkthe customer needs to watch the news more often as The Govof NJ shut down govt services (remember that scene on the news of Gov [redacted] and his family on a Govt beach that was closed to the public?) well guess what else was also shut downthats right the DMVif this customer wants to complain he should look to his own errors first, then make a complaint to Gov [redacted] for shutting down the DMV for a week which delayed the processing of the permanent registration

The vehicle had a transmission issue that was under factory warranty unfortunately there were no loaner available at the time of his repairLoaner vehicles are not required under the factory warranty and policy rules, they are only a courtesy if by the individual dealership if one is
availableIts unfortunate that one was not available but we did not break any rules or guidelines we wish we could have made a better experience for Mr Fenton but we did try or best and expedited his repair as quickly as possible under warranty guidelines

Unfortunately for the customer we are very busy and are taking only appointments at this time due to several factors. This customer is unwilling to accept this but we have many customers to take care of and they are all equally important to us He must also be confused because Bay Ridge Ford is only...

about 5 miles away not 25 miles away its across Brooklyn. Due to our high demand we must enforce an appointment system as would any other business such as a Doctor when I'm not feeling well. He can go to his selling dealer where they are obligated to take care of him as per Ford Motor Co regulations.
