Review: I bought a use Toyota Celica engine from California auto dismantlers. I put a 200 dollars deposit for the old engine core. The manager told me I will get the deposit back when I return the old engine core. I returned the engine core on January 5, 2015, the manager told me the refund will be returned within 3 to 5 days to my checking account because I payed with my debit card. After the 5th day I have not receive the refund so I call them, the manager assure me it will be there. It has been almost 3 weeks now and they are giving me the run around telling me the same thing over and over making excuses. Now they are avoiding my phone calls. I am angry that they will not refund my deposit after returning the engine core.Desired Settlement: I would like my deposit of 200 dollars refunded back to me.

Review: I bought an engine from this business to replace my old one on our car. The sale stated that if I return my old engine, the core, they will refund me $150. I trusted this business and returned the core to them. They said they didn't have any cash and the owner is not in the store. They told me they will mail me a check, which they never did. So basically I was robbed of an engine and $150.Desired Settlement: I just want my $150 refund. It must be mailed to me with a tracking number and signed by me and me only then I will drop this.
