We have video of the work being done in our yard on our phoneWe have the neighbor's testimony of the damage and the police seen the damageI am over the damage, but the contractors violent behavior towards me on the phone is very concerningWe are worried he might come to our home and threaten usMy wife and I are done with thisThe Revdex.com should be concerned about sponsoring this contractor.Thanks,*** ***

I was contacted by the home owner eighteen days after I removed trees about a crack in the driveway I went there to observe the crack on the drive which is not on the driveway but is on the apron . I referred the Customer to a
local Concrete Company , who stated we could not have cracked it with our truck or mini bob cat,, that a larger truck would do this, we are very careful and inspected the complete yard and lawn for any damage before collecting payment. I did responded promptly when the customer called I started to ignore her when she called me a liar. I told her even though she waited eighteen days to contact me I still contacted Concrete Company who came out within five daysThe report from the Concrete Company stated the expansion saw cut was inches away from the crack the saw cut concrete is wrong more than likely or the concrete was pored wrong the apron should be six inches, and customers concrete is fine where we did work we drove our mini skid steer completely on the other side 100% where the concrete is four inches and left no blemish. I have owned all the same equipment for years and I have never broke concrete. The customer is wrong we do not place or disconnected equipment on driveways , we completely avoided the side that has the crack, the mini machine with a piece of wood is no way nearly as heavy as the van full of equipment that was at the home fixing the home owners house on that side of drivesomeone may have cracked her drive but we did not. *** ***

We worked for this mans neighbor , he gave permission to remove trees using his lawn , he had prior damage from prior work done ,we examined his damage be for we started, and agreed he was damaged and we would work over his prior damage, he does not know his wife said hey its damaged from wet...

weather, he  called me screamed  much profanity and left me some rude voicemails  explained how he dislikes his neighbor, and now he will have to look at them, tried to blame me for a landscapers mess up , never met him but heard he is rude ,  his neighbor the home owner she is 89 she  is scared to death and shakes really bad over her tree removal ,we tried to get her to watch she would not come out of her house until we told her the neighbors went inside ,she said they do not get along well when the neighbor did come out they said everything is fine except my husband hates the site of them and does not want to look at them , we went for a walk through after we were finished , home owner said it was beautiful ,neighbors wife said it is nice but her neighbor  is hateful and spiteful, we explained to her  neighbor does not like to see her, and he has been complaining a landscaper tore his yard up, we were absolutely considerate to all parties and property ,and this is a complaint is a complete farce, we  are not the first to be on the receiving end of this mans rude ness, looking for a hand out anyway to give his neighbor a hard time, we had a five man crew and two home owners  we all walked through job with this  homeowners and the neighbor wife,  said we did a beautiful just beautiful , and my husband may call you just ignore him, it was absolutely a bad place to work even though we love our jobs , this neighbor we have prior knowledge of this mans actions and were asked to disreguard his comments and please complete this job, even though he will harass us , she was a senior citizen and the home owner making the complaint never ever met us or talked to us just rude that dude , we have no intentions of pursuing any actions against him , although he intentionally falsely blames us.
