I spoke personally to MrPeter *** and explained to him the situation of his vehicle being repaired longer than expected
there was an error on a phone number I was provided by his son he was the one that dropped off the vehicle and when he gave me his information there was an error on the number so when I first called him to explain the damages I was told I had the wron number well need less to say we got everything squared up with Mr*** I gave him a discount on his deductible and he was very pleased with the job I gave him his receipt of the job in wich also states that he is very happy with the job and has no complaints whats so ever I will be more than happy to fax over a copy I spoke to him regarding his complaint and he also is willing to write a letter saying that he is pleased and has no complaintsthanks sincerely : frank manager at california auto repair
