Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: we appreciate [redacted] 's confirmation that he has retaliated to a grievance with threats of admin fee's while including his hyperbole of claims of harassment from a nonprofit organization [redacted] has provided some of the original lease papers assigned to TJI the former property managing company [redacted] is the property owner and is operating outside the property managing company to harass former tenants.He also did not provide the ending lease papers from the property management company Genc INC which was the managing company ran by [redacted] ***during our leave She closed our lease in June a month before our original contract ended in July Our documentations provide the lease was ended in June while [redacted] decided months after our lease ended to contact usWe have no interest in providing any documentation to [redacted] and I have been advised to not speak to [redacted] from this point on as these emails have been no different then the previous emails he sent the day we issued this complaintSincerely, [redacted]

We have been advised to not
provide any documentation to *** due to his multiple documented attempts to delude the grievance as harassment with other threats towards our charity.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
We have proof that [redacted] pledged to donate $260 a month to compensate the value of the space for $500. That’s the part he left out of the original PDF. He had us sign a strange document which we voided as it did not accurately represent what we discussed or agreed upon. He originally wanted some help at his home personally since he was elderly I agreed to on my personal time help him with this. Instead, he convoluted the agreement so we provided paypal invoice for his pledge instead of using the document we shared.  He stopped donating and started raising the debt on us. We documented this and showed her ([redacted] the Property Manager at the time) that we owed the value [redacted] pledged to donate. We did not receive any documents after we moved out from the space. We requested it several times but [redacted] locked his office and left. Both [redacted] the secretary will attest to this.  We did, however, document these agreements and verified with [redacted] that she provided the documents to [redacted] which he has been reluctant to find.
