Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: My intention to see a doctor is for physical historyWhen *** called me, she did not say it was not physical history, what she told me is that the insurance would not cover it if it is a physical
history What the office claim should be what the patient intends to see If you believe it is not a physical history, you should tell me when I was in officeOn the day when I saw the doctor, what I did is to review my medical history and get some ongoing medicineSo I believe it is a physical history.
If *** believes it is not a physical history, why she asked me to call office and go to doctor's office to ask the input from doctor?
She told me so many wrong things when I talked to her(1) First she told me wrong information about my insurance, the insurance would not cover a physical history within one year, which was wrong information and I need to talk to insurance to clear it out (2)Second, she told me that after filling first insurance, the second insurance cannot be filedwhich was wrong information alsoI called second insurance company, they said they can be filed after first insurance processed the claim(3)I told my husband overpaid last year because I came to maximum co-payment and she said there is not such thing for maximum co-payment, each patient needs to pay co-pay, I told her that was what insurance company told me I overpaid last year and asked her to checkShe agreed after the checking.
How a billing specialist can tell a patient so many wrong things for a signal claim Why a billing specialist can hang up each time when a patient wants to talk to her and refuses a patient talk to a manager?
This is first time I complain a business to Revdex.com since I cannot accept a business tell so many wrong info and treats patient as thisI spent so many hours to get her info to be verified to be wrong and I do not want to see she does not take any responsibility about it
