California Claim Consultants

We had a terrible accident in our home back in June of 2015. California Claims Consultants was there within hours. They promised us to take care of everything and all I have to do is sit back and take care of my injured family. Yeah right as soon as I signed the contract everything changed. I found myself doing everything. I even had to deal with the contractors they recommended (LNH Construction). Their contractors ruined everything and abandoned the job. California Claims stated that was my problem. California Claims also charged me for everything I did for them, when I complained they started to ignored the phone calls. They are responsible for the contractors because they recommended them "responsible by association". They claim they are experts, I don't believe it. You can do all the work yourself, just read your policy and you got it covered. Remember the insurance company works for you, if they don't follow the rules there's a web site you can file charges on them. They don't want that. I feel California Claims are just a bunch of ambulance chasers and take advantage of accident victims when they are most vulnerable. Steer clear of these people, you don't need more stress. I lost thousand with them and their contractors.
