I returned a piece of clothing to the company on October 11, 2017. The tracking number indicates the clothing was received by the company. It is now December 10th and I have still not received a refund for the cost of the item returned. I last spoke with the company about the issue on December 1, 2017. They told me they were having difficulties processing the refund and they would call me back. I have not heard back from them.
