I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I read ***'s reply with interestthis reply is not correct, and in fact on many fronts.- the problem originally was the line backup, the resulting overflow caused water to come through my ceiling. - a person (*** was NOT there) came out and used the wrong size cable to snake the drain, he told me that they had their truck broken into and subsequently needed new equipment (he was going to ask *** for it)- I was promised follow up that day, and no one called backtheir receptionist (Ari) advised that she was going to get me information and a call back.- the next day, Ari told me a should get a call back, I called a few times as the call didn't happen when promisedshe told me that they forgot to call the Insurance company.- they never called me to set up a Monday appointment, that is an actual lie.- *** was out of town during this, he apologized to me and acknowledged his people misled me, I have this in email (he is outright lying)the fact he said he called to get permission happen far after I complained on Yelp and he finally called me back to to ask me to remove the Yelp ratingi have noticed that several other people are now complaining on Yelp tooseems to be a trend - I could not get the insurance company to release my case as CCP had not cleared or called them (*** never bothered to call until all this transpired) - so another company could not be called, they also lied about their activity to my insurance company to get paid even though they never fixed the issue. *** finds it convenient now to sate he did all he could, but the fact remains that they dropped the ball and felt me strandedand this cost me over $in hard cost alone. Mr *** had a plumbing problem so he called American home shield which is a warranty company for repairs. They called us out to go to his houseHis complaint was toilet wasnt flushing and overflowing. Sent the technician out the first day , and Mr*** told him to install a new
toilet that he bought thinking that would fix the problemNew toilet was installed and tested , but it backed up Told technician to let Mr*** know we will go back the next day to clear the drainWe went back the next morning pulled toilet in upstairs master bath , ran cable down drain and ran into an area were we suspected was the problem Kept trying to get passed the spot after a few trays we passed the problem , and ran all the cable we had , but no succes on clearing drainTold Mr *** that we needed to call the warranty company to ask if they would authorize for a camera to see what is the problem in the drain The times that I called had to wait to long before they would answer so kept trying to get through between jobsIn the mean time Mr *** was calling to times a day asking if we got authorized for camera , and we kept telling him not yetOn his daily calls he was answered by the office and updated each time he called , at one point I told office to let him know I would get in touch with him but got tied up with jobsMr *** had working bathrooms so to the warranty company it wasn't considered an emergencySo since he kept calling and was inpatient I told the office to schedule him for the following week on Monday, but when he was called he told us to cancel due to he called an outside company and got it fixed by getting it jettedThe only problem is he didn't contact the insurance company to approve it, so they refused to authorizeMr *** asked for us to re emburse him for the exspence, so in good faith we offered to give him which he refusedHe wanted us to pay the whole fee of We also refused due to we didn't cause the problem he called for He was over charged for jetting a line and the warranty company agreedWe called the company to get break down and they refused to give it to usWe tried to get the warranty company to help out with the exspence, but they said no also because he should've called them first instead of another plumbing company that isn't contracted with them.
