This issue was addressed at the Homeowners Association meeting. This is not what happened and we are not the towing company and can not speak for the towing company.

Issue was resolved. We needed to verify that reporting party was a new owner of the unit. No fee was changed for the parking permits after confirmation that the unit was sold to Hoda.
