This company is a complete scamThey call companies, asking for lower representatives that have no knowledge of purchasing requirements or business ordering requirementsThen they promise these individuals free material or bonus itemsOnce the items ship they bill for twice, sometimes triple the retail valueThey have no actual approval to charge for any products, nor do they careAs long as the material has been shipped and signed for, they can bill any company without any confirmation of an account purchase order, credit card information, etc
Do not fall for this companies schemesRefuse any product or service from them, not matter the promise they give you
If you ask to be removed from their contact list, they ignore you and instead call a different department a few months later with the same pitch

I am the owner & operator of a mobile Locksmithing company in Colorado I have just made my 4th purchase from California Contractors Supplies, Inc The sales rep who calls me is named John, and I have had only "hiccup", which John has taken care of, even though HE was NOT the person who caused the problem As soon as I could do so, I told John what had happened & he immediately ran the matter "up the chain" and got favorable resolution I guess you could say that I am satisfied, since I turned right around and placed another order with him
I read the "complaint" from another outfit, and could NOT POSSIBLY DISAGREE with them more In MY industry, I am aware of companies who write totally bogus review just to cause problemsI wonder if

Have had negative experiences with this company. They call constantly and are very pushy and deceptive and ask to speak with our maintenance person, who admits that he does talk to them, but doesn't make any orders. Then approximately a week or so after the phone call a package arrives full of junk that we would never request or use. I then have to call the company and find out why all this stuff was sent to us. Fortunately, I was able to talk with someone who did send me a shipping label so that we did not have to pay for the shipping to send the items back. This was on third occasion that this scenario happened as the first two times we paid for the shipping to send the items back to them. We made phone calls to the company every time and requested that our information be removed from their marketing list and were assured that we were removed. Then a few weeks later it would all happen again. We then wrote them a letter explaining that we did not want to do any business with this company. We did get a response from this letter and were assured in writing that we had been removed from their list. So far we have not received anymore phone calls or packages from this company. Lets hope it stays that way.
