Review: As a consumer and law-abiding citizen, I am deeply appalled by the poor and lack of response I have received from [redacted]i, along with all his lies. I have requested a full refund from [redacted] and his office, only to have him ignore my phone calls, emails, and text messages. [redacted]i, and California Credit Repair, requested monies upfront for credit restoration services that was never performed or started. A deposit of $250.00 was initiated on April 11, 2014. From April 30, 2014 thru May 22, 2014 I never heard from [redacted], or the above-mentioned companies regarding my deposit. I informed [redacted], that the law states no company should demand payment for credit repair services, which has not been completed first. I am requesting a full refund.
