Review: This complaint is regarding bills sent under my wife's name, [redacted]. This business has continues to send bills and yet no explanation regarding why the bills are sent. On a monthly basis, attempts are made to this business to get the bill resolved. Between my wife and I, we have called over 5 different times. When previous attempts were made, the representative said they'll take care of the bill. More and more bills continued to show up. The last call, earlier today, I immediately requested to speak with the office manager. The representative put me on hold then said the manager is busy and took my information. They "promised" to contact me back earlier today and they didn't.Desired Settlement: Charges in the amount of $431.30.
