December as reported.The only information I have is as follows...email of owner *** his phone number is *** *** *** The last para I was contacted by is named Lori Shannon @ *** *** ***, she in no way has any part of thisMsShannon was the one who informed me that MrBlum was a crook took my money didn't pay her and so on.I checked with business licencing in Roseville,Caand was told he did not have a licence in Placer CoThe address that is online is Douglas BlvdRoseville CaThe business name is California Divorce Mediation CenterAfter some research online I discovered that he has been sanctioned by the State of Florida and is never allowed to reapply to be a court mediator in any court in the state of FloridaThe complaint is for the same kind of behavior, taking funds not providing services, poor or no paperwork etcPlease advise if I can provide any additional information

Review: In December 2013 I paid $699.00 to have my divorce paperwork completed. I was assigned a Para named [redacted]. She put me off and gave me many excuses the papers have not been done at this point. I contacted Master Card (Dec. 2014) to try to get a refund. Master Card was able to contact MR. [redacted]. He assured me that all the problems were due to a shady Para (who ran off with my money) and he would get my case resolved. He then asked for $150.00 more and assigned me to another Para. Two weeks have passed and no progress in my case. Today I talked to the Para and was told that she no longer works for Mr [redacted] because he has not paid her for her work and he has done the type of poor business practice in the past. Today I sent him an email and asked him what was going on and his response was....send me $150.00 more and he would assign me another Para, that makes 4 as one other Para never contacted me. Please help me I just want my money back.Desired Settlement: I want a refund.

The address that is online is 3017 Douglas Blvd. Roseville Ca. 95661. The business name is California Divorce Mediation Center. After some research online I discovered that he has been sanctioned by the State of Florida and is never allowed to reapply to be a court mediator in any court in the state of Florida. The complaint is for the same kind of behavior, taking funds not providing services, poor or no paperwork etc. Please advise if I can provide any additional information.
