We built a retaining wall and poured a pool deck, patio and walk wayAll the concrete work that was done looks amazing [redacted] complaint was the stuccoWe did an imperfect smooth type finishShe immediately pointed out to me some areas she was unhappy withWe corrected most of her concernsShe then said she wanted us to work on it a little more smoothing out some areas she was still unhappy withShe also pointed out some clethat needed to be done in the planters and cut a piece of rebar by the pool equipmentWe could complete this task in one day easilyWe met right before Christmas I told her I would get it done in a few weeks after the holidays and the weather got betterI called her around January 10th left her a message with no reply from herI've left her over a dozen messages through January and February with no replyIn March I stopped by her house and left a card in her door with my numberShe has never bothered to call me in nearly six monthsNow she files a complaint with Revdex.comShe owes me about 3,in our last meeting she expressed to me a few concerns and I generously told her I would lower the balance due to 2,Why she would say she no longer trusts me is laughable when she still owes ME several Thousand dollars for a few hundred dollars worth of work to be doneI would love the opportunity to finish the job and get paidBut she has not returned my calls to grant me access.Thank you, [redacted]

This job is completely done as of 5/13/The Mrwanted the project done and the Misses did not want the project doneThe Misses has been very difficult to work with from the start of this projectThe majority of this job 85% was done on time and per contractThe putting green material (artificial grass) he picked was special order, so it did take a bit longer than expectedAlso, there was a short delay due to weather

Hi, for the final closure of this case, I would like to include this note to the response I sent yesterday, May 14,3015, that I would like to thank the Revdex.com for this website, it truly is a great help for us the consumers, secondly, I would like to tell the company I'm sorry for filing the complaint ( for I believe that it will take longer to finish the job if I did not) and regarding the work done by the company, overall, the backyard looks very good and I thank them for thatSincerely, [redacted] **

I am rejecting this response because: I stand corrected, I believed I had paid for the job in full before it was completed I am glad that Mr [redacted] was able to find his paperwork To address the other issues, yes, a minor problem with the irrigation system was taken care of However, I stand firm that all of the pipes on both sides of the sidewalk leading up to the house from the street had to be replaced as they were literally smashed to pieces, possibly from the backhoe Also the pipes and several sprinkler heads from the mailbox area at the street up to the garage had to be replaced for the same reason While Mr [redacted] did come to my home the day after the pour was completed, he did look at the area where the foot prints were and also the area near the front door where there was a dip in the cement Those areas were replaced However, to say the job was inspected is a misstatement He would have readily seen the cement spatters on the fence, on the front of the house, the broken bricks (which I called him about later and have yet to be taken care of), and the quality of the work done on the cement itself I do acknowledge Mr [redacted] told me there would be upkeep I purchased a Karcher pressure washer and treated the cement Because of the drought though it has been impossible to pressure spray the driveway That is not the issue tho I graciously decline his offer of restaining and cleaning the cement That's only putting a bandaid over the bigger problem and it doesn't solve anything Sure, it might look nicer from a distance, but it doesn't correct the appearance that I see every day That being the many, many finger marks from pulling the forms up haphazardly, still, a tennis shoe mark, too light compressions of the rubber forms leaving a very inconsistent pattern in the cement, double stamping (not in the same spot), and attempts to correct problem areas with a hand tool that are obvious The quality of the work is extremely poor I have heard this from most of my neighbors who will not use his company, from other contractors, and my daughter and son-in-law who are both licensed architects Mr [redacted] did tell me that cement cracks and that he could not guarantee it wouldn't crack I acknowledge that I do have cracks in the cement that I can readily see, but that is not my complaint This is a very expensive job gone wrong It bothers me every single day I have to look at it and that is only reinforced by comments by others Mr [redacted] 's signature is on this job, it's a worst case scenario; example if you will from a company that probably does great work otherwise I was the exceptionI have taken about a dozen pictures I would like to forward As computers are not my area of expertise it may take me a day or two to figure out how to do that
