We have responded several time to Mr. [redacted]' complaints regarding his new home.  We have a written Homeowner Manual which gives the criteria for repairs (what is warrantable, procedure for repair, etc.).  Mr. [redacted] has not contacted us since the last repair, which he has done by email with...

[redacted] since he closed escrow on his home.  The Home is covered by a 1 year Fit and Finish Warranty, as well as the standard mandatory warranties prescribed by the State of California and Merced County.  Any items not repaired to his satisfaction need to be brought to our attention immediately.We pride ourselves on our homes and are more than happy to repair Mr. [redacted]' home as prescribed in our Homeowner Manual.  Please have Mr. [redacted] contact [redacted] with an exact list of items he is unhappy with and we will meet with him to discuss it as quickly as possible.Sincerely,[redacted]Heirloom Collection I, LLC?

I am rejecting this response because: This is the very same response I receive every time.  How many times do I need to submit a list that never gets completed.  Sure one or two items get resolved then nothing.  For example, as soon as this complaint went to the business I received an email that the closet door would be installed today but as usual it was the wrong door.  I don't understand how it can take four months to order and paint a door then to find out it is does not hang on the correct side.

Review: Have had issues getting things fixed since day one. I have been in my home 1.8 years and cannot get my warranty issues resolved. Still missing the master closet door and almost every window and the front of the home has cracks in the stucco. I've contacted the owner/builder numerous times about these issues and there has been no resolution? Seems there is a lack of integrity and the worse customer service. No one follows through or shows up when when promised.Desired Settlement: I would like for someone to resolve/fix these issues ASAP
