When I was in the hospital I worded a electronic wheel chair,from chem dollars ,it had a life time warranty I called for service they came the workman stripped out the arms and all the wheels are bad I talked to go I sure he said they would fix all of it the salesman,*** showed up with a new custom no wheels no arms they promised they would fix it has a life time warranty I'm paralyzed its important thanks robert

The customer misunderstood the limited lifetime warranty on his equipment as it only applies to the wheelchair frame, not components such as caster wheels and arm padsDamage to parts that result from regular use / wear are not covered under manufacturer warrantyWe agreed to replace the parts for free as a one-time gesture of customer appreciationIn addition, the customer received a visit from a seating specialist to discuss trying out different types of seat cushionsCustomer misunderstood that this person would also replace his partsI informed customer that this would happen in a separate appointmentThe parts were replaced by a service technician on 01/30/
