To Whom It May Concern:I have addressed the situation with the customerThere was a miscommunication in how the money would be refundedI am attaching receipts that had been made for the customerI had voided the transaction completely which would have never taken funds out of the customer's accountThe customer has since stayed at our property after this incident and was very content and happy with his stay.We have previously been accused of bed bugs which is incorrectOur rooms are cleaned thoroughly everyday and we have pest control come to the hotel every other week to spray the rooms and ensure cleanlinessOur customers have always been happy and if there has ever been a complaint we take pride in making sure our customers are happy with their stayWe have always gone above and beyond to make our customers feel comfortable.? California Inn Bartlett Avenue Adelanto, CA To Whom it May Concern: From the manager at California Inn, Bartlett Avenue Adelanto, CA replying to case # We have been fortunate enough to help Lighthouse and their tenants for over a year nowIt is known to not only them but our customers in general that we give the best service to all our nestsThe Lighthouse services social worker, ***, introduced [redacted] and checked her into the motelWhen she was checking in, she was shown the room and stated the space and room would be perfect for her and her familyEadh and every room we have on our property is clean and customers have only shown their satisfaction with our rooms and have never complained to the extent that [redacted] hasIn order to keep our motel running, there are certain measures that are completed at the motel for keep the property clean, fully functioning and flawlessEvery month we have pest control services, ***, come in and check every room, and spray down roomsWe have receipts to show that they are coming to the property every month, office number: ###-###-####She has accused us managers of treating her differently than the other customers on the propertyWe did not discriminate or treat other customers differentlyEach and every customer to us is special and we work hard in order to make sure our customers are happy in every way possibleWe truly try to make the motel a home away from home for our customersAs a property manager, we do keep some rules to keep things running smoothly not only for ourselves but our customers as wellWe asked [redacted] to follow these rules to keep disturbances to a minimum to which she did not followNo matter how hard we tried, [redacted] was not satisfied and continued to be uncooperative and argue with the manager, the staff and disturb other guestsShe was not keeping an eye on her kids and let them roam and run around the propertyWe wanted her to keep supervision on her kids to make sure the kids were safe and didn't injure themselves as they are littleOur Lighthouse representative, ***, has been notified and informed of the situation we have had at hand from the beginning, prior to her complaintsThe reasons to ask [redacted] to leave the property including her not keeping an eye on her children, not being able to satisfy her every need, disturbances to other guests and not being able to comply to some small house rules we keep on the propertyThese were the reasons we had to call Lighthouse services and have them send over a worker to check her outShe has done the same to Budget Inn and was asked to check out of their property as wellIf you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact meThank you, [redacted] ###-###-####

To Whom It May Concern:In the previous message, we have addressed the bed bug issue of stating that in order to keep the rooms clean, we have pest control come very oftenWe can provide proof of pest control coming to our hotel to clean the rooms and ensure cleanliness.A refund will not be issued as there was no money taken out of the customer's accountWe issued a void for the transaction which shows the transaction never took place in the first placeThere would be no transaction in your bank statement as wellPlease check your account to see no transaction is present nor was money taken out of the accountThe next day we close out our accounts and that is when money is processed through but prior to closing out, we voided the transaction.Thank you

For one in there response they blatantly lieI have not stayed at that hotel again and still haven't received my refundI did speak to management and it did explain the situation concerning the refundBut that does nothing to help the bed bug problemI'm not sure why will a I guess I know why but they're still denying that they have bed bugs and clearly through my experience they do have bed bugsAnd if denying is what they want to dothen clearly the situation hasn't been addressed yetI would like them to address their bed bug problems for future guest and maybe a future visitNice friendly staff but no one should have to go through a night like that and saving face isn't the way to correct the situationI am no satisfied still no refund in which I understand the process but clearly they're in denial of bed bugs and I think they should at this point just address themI'll be satisfied with that

For one in there response they blatantly lie. I have not stayed at that hotel again and still haven't received my refund. I did speak to management and it did explain the situation concerning the refund. But that does nothing to help the bed bug problem. I'm not sure why will a I guess I know why but they're still denying that they have bed bugs and clearly through my experience they do have bed bugs. And if denying is what they want to dothen clearly the situation hasn't been addressed yet. I would like them to address their bed bug problems for future guest and maybe a future visit. Nice friendly staff but no one should have to go through a night like that and saving face isn't the way to correct the situation. I am no satisfied still no refund in which I understand the process but clearly they're in denial of bed bugs and I think they should at this point just address them. I'll be satisfied with that
